Return Policy

Return of goods at the expense of the manufacturer is possible if:

• receipt of equipment with non-working electrical components;
• receipt of damaged components of the equipment (body, stand, fasteners and fixing products);
• detection of a discrepancy between the equipment received, in relation to what is indicated on the site.

Serviceable goods of proper quality cannot be returned.

Repair and exchange of goods are carried out on the basis of the terms of the guarantee.

The return of goods of inadequate quality for repair or exchange is carried out within 2 weeks.
